
BEGINNER'S BALLET:
A total body workout that requires both discipline and focus
but is also quite enjoyable. It helps improve posture, alignment,
flexibility, and stamina while helping to sculpt and tone your body.
Classes begin with a series of simple stationary exercises. These
exercises are repeated at each class to help build balance, strength,
and poise. This class builds muscle strength and coordination while
helping to burn body fat and reshape body lines. These classes will be
taught at an open beginner level. Ballet shoes not required.
