Beginner's Fitness Fusion:  This class offers a potpourri of unintimidating beginner fitness that includes dance, pole & pilates - to upbeat Top40 music.  Finally, a lunchtime workout that is not only fun but also effective.  This 45min class is designed to get you in & out before your boss knows you have left the office.  Class taught by dancer/choreographer, Jessica Hayden (SHOCKra Owner) -  www.jessicahayden.com
