Maggie began practicing yoga  to improve her strength and flexibility as a dancer. What began as a purely physical exercise has developed over the past 7 years into something that has improved her life and enabled her to find stability and a connection between the body and mind.  After recently suffering a minor injury to her hip she continues to practice and utilize yoga as a therapeutic tool and hopes to share that with others. Maggie received her 200-hour teaching certification through Yoga Alliance at Fairfield Yoga.
