Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa is a fluid style of Hatha Yoga. It combines elements of Ashtanga and Iyengar.  The practice cultivates deep breathing and movement, awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility.  Brings about calmness to the mind that in turn deepens the body, mind, and soul connection.  Open to all levels.
